I love to bake and decorate cookies! It’s a recently developed passion, that started during the pandemic when I had to quarantine after traveling. To help fill the time I took an online cookie decorating class and was instantly smitten. Since then, I’ve baked and decorated cookies for all kinds of occasions. When I recently decided it was time to retire from my job in health care, I knew how I would fill my time! Now I would love to bring my cookies to you.

I didn’t look far for a name for my new venture. GeeBee is what my grandchildren call me – it stands for Grandma Beth. To me, GeeBee’s Cookies is a perfect symbol for wonderful parts of my life – the tantalizing aromas of baking cookies, the fun of creating mini works of art, and the sound of my grandchildren’s voices as they call my name.

I love trying new recipes, and my husband will tell you that I especially like trying new recipes when company is coming! I’ll confess to you that I have not always been completely successful with that strategy. I do promise you, however, that each cookie recipe has been carefully tested and tasted!

My standard cookie recipe is Vanilla/Almond, with seasonal specials including pumpkin, gingerbread, apple cider, and chocolate mint.

Your cookie designs and flavors will be of my choosing and will be appropriate for the season. Club members will be the first to experience new creations! If you have a special occasion some month and would like a custom design instead of your regular club cookies, just ask, I may be able to accommodate special requests!
I have a few ideas! You can, of course eat them all yourself (no one is looking!). Treat yourself to a special cookie with your morning coffee once in a while, you deserve it! What about your loved ones, your coworkers, your neighbors? Wouldn’t someone you know be delighted with a few fancy cookies? Think of what a lift to the spirit it would be to get 3 (or 4, or 6!) beautiful cookies when you’re feeling stressed. How about a little extra thank you to those who do things for you? Do you ever have unexpected or last-minute guests? If you have a package of GeeBee’s cookies in your freezer you always have a nice treat on hand. They freeze beautifully and thaw in just a few minutes. And let’s not forget Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, that 4th of July BBQ you were invited to…
